EU right of withdrawal
Buyers in the EU have the right to withdraw an order (return) within 14 days of delivery, unless you inform them of a valid exception. Add the required withdrawal form and any related terms and conditions.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions :
1. Item arrived damaged
2. Item not as described on the website or does not match the images in catalogue
3. Item not matching with order placed
4. Item color faded within 14 days of arrival
5. Personal reasons (includes orders placed by mistake and not cancelled in the cancellation time frame of 1hour post purchase, buyer changed their mind and does not need the product anymore, buyer did not visualize the product correctly based on provided information in catalogue and also did not reach out for further clarification)
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and postage and must return the item within the stipulated time frame. Returns must always be posted with Tracking Details, any return without it will not be accepted.
Item must not be used by the buyer at the time of return. For conditions 1-4 stated above, images of the product may be requested from the buyer to validate the returns claim and refund.
Refunds
Refund for returns will be issued as soon as the item is delivered back to the store. Usually initiated within 1 day of receiving the product.
The amount will be reflected in your account within 1 - 5 business days depending on the buyer's bank processing timelines on which we do not have any control.
Full refunds issued for products that were received damaged by the buyer or not as described in the catalogue (refer conditions 1 - 4 above in the Returns Policy).
Partial refunds will be issued incase the product arrives perfectly fine and is as described in the catalogue, however the buyer decided not to keep the product due to personal reasons (refer condition 5 in the Returns Policy above). Up to 50% of the original price of the product will be refunded in such cases.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, use the Contact Form to share us the details and we will guide you from there. All necessary details will be shared immediately to the buyer upon receiving a request. The buyer is requested to respond promptly to the communication in order to keep the process efficient.
