EU right of withdrawal
Buyers in the EU have the right to withdraw (cancel or return) an order within 14 days of delivery, unless you inform them of a valid exception. Add the required withdrawal form and any related terms and conditions.
Returns and Refunds
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery however the product must be in its original form, not damaged, tampered with or used b the buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and postage and must return the item within the stipulated time frame. Returns must always be posted with Tracking Details, any return without it will not be accepted.
Refund for returns will be issued as soon as the item is delivered back to the store.
Full refunds issued for products that were received damaged by the buyer or not as described in the catalogue.
To return an item, use the Contact Form to share us the details and we will guide you from there. Images of the product might be requested in order to confirm the issue in case of damaged goods or quality issues.
